However, if you are not satisfied you may return your bought item within 5 days of receipt of purchase in exchange for credit to the value of the item being returned. We have a no returns policy on earrings for hygiene purposes.

Goods returned must be deemed by us to be in perfect condition, unworn and in original packaging within 5 days of receipt.

Jemini will only issue a refund if a product is deemed to be faulty.

We recommend returns are sent back by recorded delivery, as jemini cannot be held responsible for lost returns.  Always retain proof of posting.

Designs May Vary

Each design will be uniquely different and may vary slightly from the online product image. This is due to the fact that fresh water pearls and semi-precious stones vary in colour and size.

Bracelet Sizing

NB: All bracelets are sized at 8 inches. The old standard size for a woman's bracelet is generally 7-7.5 inches. However, these days bracelets tend to be worn longer. If you require a smaller or larger size you must request this in the commments box at time of purchase.
